Product Description

The Duckett Fishing Black Ice Spinning Rod in the 6’8″ Medium-Heavy Fast model is a 1-piece, tournament-grade bass rod engineered for sensitivity, durability, and casting performance. Its Multi-Modulus X-Helical carbon blank uses military-grade, low-resin fiber with two layers of carbon (base and external) and a half-sand finish to minimize weight while preserving true power. Proprietary KIGAN reinforced plasma-coated guides with Zirconia inserts, a double flanged tip to prevent insert loss, and a double-foot elevated stripper guide deliver smooth, long casts. A custom split reel seat enhances vibration transmission, while hybrid EVA foam/AAA cork grips provide comfort and control for finesse to power-finesse techniques.
