Sakura Box SK-9343-Y Smoke: The Versatile Deep-Profile Utility Box

The Sakura SK-9343-Y is a specialized utility box designed for the angler who needs a balance between high-volume storage and organized precision. Its unique Y designation refers to its deep-profile design, allowing it to house bulkier lures that struggle to fit in standard slim cases.

Constructed in a sophisticated smoked gray transparent finish, this box provides a clear view of your contents while offering a layer of UV protection to prevent your soft plastics from fading. The standout feature is the single inverted claspa heavy-duty, one-handed locking mechanism that is incredibly secure, ensuring the lid wont pop open even if the box is tossed into a bag or dropped on a boat deck.

Key Performance Features

• Deep-Volume Storage: At 8.2cm deep, this box is purpose-built for tall lures. It is the perfect home for large-profile crankbaits, high-back vibration baits, and large Bubble Frogs that would otherwise be crushed in thinner boxes.

• Inverted Clasp Technology: The oversized single latch is designed for speed and security. It pulls the lid down tight against the frame, creating a solid seal that is easy to operate with cold or wet hands.

• Modular Versatility: With 10 removable dividers, you can configure the internal space to suit your needs. Remove them all to create a massive open bay for bulk items, or use them to create custom slots for your Cajun Bladed Jigs.

• UV-Resistant Smoke Finish: The dark tint helps filter out harmful sunlight, protecting the silicone skirts of your jigs and the delicate pigments in your soft plastics from deteriorating over time.

Ideal Uses

• Big Bait Organization: Perfect for those larger jerkbaits and swimbaits that require extra headroom to prevent hook tangles.

• Soft Plastic Bulk Storage: The depth allows you to stack multiple packs of soft plastics vertically, making it easy to flip through them like a filing cabinet.

• The Everything Box: Because of its dimensions, it is often used as a master terminal tackle box, holding everything from spare spools of Sensibraid 8 to your Sakura Scissors and heavy-duty pliers.

• Kayak Fishing: The single-clasp design is a favorite for kayak anglers who need to open and close their tackle storage with one hand while maintaining stability.

Gerrys Tip: This is the perfect box for your Large Predator kit. Because its deeper than standard boxes, you can store your lures with the hooks still attached without them constantly catching on the lid. The smoked finish also makes it look great on a boat deck
