Core Specifications & Construction

Technology & Speed for Match Angling

The Spectron Ultra integrates Daiwas leading technologies to ensure maximum performance and user comfort during intensive fishing sessions:

• Super MSG Nanoplus Carbon: This advanced, high-modulus, low-resin carbon construction maintains the poles inherent stiffness and remarkable lightness, providing superb control and fast striking power crucial for competitive match fishing.
• V-Joint Technology: Used across all section joints, this weight-saving technology allows the joint to work efficiently under pressure, preventing wear and ensuring a smooth power transfer for a seamless fighting curve.
• Integrated Taping System (ITS): Applied from section No.4, the ITS creates a smooth, low-friction zone that allows for rapid and controlled shipping of the pole, providing a vital edge when pace is key.
• Diamond Satin Finish: This anti-friction coating on the decorated sections ensures the pole glides effortlessly through the hands, maintaining speed and efficiency even when hands are wet.

Power Kit Package & Elastic Compatibility

Pre-set for the demands of commercial fishing, the 13m pole pack is supplied with everything required for heavy-duty elastic setups:

• Interlastic Power Kits: The pole comes furnished with both Generic 4.7mm and 5.8mm Interlastic kits. These kits include a pre-fitted PTFE bush and the Interlastic side puller system, making them instantly ready for powerful elastic grades like Hydrolastic.
• Fighting Action: Engineered to share the fighting load across its length, the poles action allows the angler to lean into those fish, utilising the poles immense backbone alongside the cushioning of the elastic.
• Cupping Kit: Includes the new Generic Cupping Kit for precise feed delivery at full length.
