The Tail Drive System Opens Up a New Frontier! The Saugeen 40 was designed to mimic the lifelike presence of real small fish. Traditional front-lip designs struggle to animate ultra-slim, compact bodies, but the Tail Drive System fully harnesses its advantages to create an incredibly natural swimming motionjust like a real fish. Thus, the Saugeen 40 was born. A fry-sized hard lure that swims vividlyexciting, isn’t it? Whether in mountain streams, lakes, or the ocean, this lure targets fish fixated on micro bait. Try it in various environments and experience its effectiveness firsthand.
Action: Powered by NLWs proprietary Tail Drive System and an abdominal blade, the lure generates a compelling swimming motion.
Blade Attached (Normal Setting): When the blade moves side to side, it strikes the body, producing a rhythmic knocking soundtap, tap, tapas the lure swims.
Blade Removed: Without the blade, the lure mimics the movement of small fish, producing a tail-wagging action with a subtle shimmering motionbuzzing, buzzing, buzzingjust like real baitfish.
