Night-friendly! A slow-retrieve topwater blade bait!
The Chaldas brings the fish-attracting power of blade lures into shallow areas. Its spherical back design causes the body to rise the more you retrieve, while the underside is shaped to avoid generating resistance against that lift, making it easy to bring to the surface even at a dead-slow retrieve. This creates a shallow blade bait that casts well and can be retrieved dead slow just below the surface. Of course, it can also be allowed to sink and retrieved slowly through mid to lower depths.
The fish-attracting power of blade lures is devastating: The appeal of blade lures lies in the coexistence of a small silhouette with strong vibrations. This concept traces back to the roots of lure fishing, such as spinners and spoons, which have captivated fish-eaters around the world throughout history. The ability to generate strong vibrations from a compact silhouetteand in day games, to attract fish with light-reflecting flasheshas delivered an overwhelmingly effective triggering power.
