The Daiwa Outrage XV Slow Pitch Jigging Rod Series is purpose-built for the specialized technique of slow pitch jigging, a method that emphasizes finesse, rhythm, and precise jig movement to entice bites from bottom-dwelling predators. These rods are ideal for targeting a wide range of saltwater species including snapper, grouper, and amberjack. The moderately parabolic action of the rods is engineered to impart maximum jig action with minimal angler fatigue, offering a perfect balance of power and sensitivity for this highly effective style of jigging.

Each rod in the series is constructed with a high-strength blank and outfitted with premium Fuji Alconite guides and a Fuji SIC top, ensuring smooth line flow, reduced friction, and increased durability under heavy loads. The 9+1 guide configuration on each rod enhances control and distributes stress evenly along the blank during deep vertical presentations and prolonged fights. The ergonomic EVA grip is designed for comfort and stability, allowing anglers to maintain precise control during the entire jigging motion and fish battle.

Available in powers ranging from Medium to Extra Heavy, all in a versatile 63 casting configuration, the Outrage XV Slow Pitch series caters to different depths and jig weightsfrom lighter 200g jigs to heavy 400g options. This flexibility allows anglers to adapt to changing conditions and species targets without compromising on performance. Designed for advanced jigging tactics and built to endure harsh offshore environments, these rods are an excellent choice for serious saltwater anglers who want top-tier performance with slow pitch precision.
