If you are looking for a knife sharpener that can tackle any blade, then the 3-Rod Ceramic Knife Sharpener is the right one. This sharpener features three rods at increasingly finer grits, which means that it is great for anything from a quick touch-up all the way to restoring factory edges. This eliminates the need for multiple sharpeners in the kitchen. Even better, when the rods eventually wear out, rods may be individually replaced instead of having to buy a whole new sharpener.
