Bassday SPM 55 Sinking Pencil Lure HH-16

55mm | Sinking | Sinking pencil / stickbait | HH-16

The SPM 55 Sinking Pencil is a sinking pencil/stickbait with a slim baitfish profile for distance, rod control, and upper-subsurface work.

Work it with sweeps, twitches, and pauses rather than a dead-straight retrieve.

A sweep makes it slide or kick, then the pause lets it drop like a weakened baitfish.

That change from movement to fall is the main bite trigger.

It suits beaches, rock ledges, harbour walls, river mouths, current seams, surf gutters, and bait schools sitting high in the water.

Count it down with purpose, keep line contact, and lift the rod before it drops into shallow reef, rocks, or heavy cover.

TARGET SPECIES: Shore / inshore baitfish predators.
