Every home and commercial kitchen needs some good paring knives around for all purpose prep, such as the BASICS 3 Scalloped Tapered Pairing Knife. The blade is small enough to be great for foods that require attention to detail, but the scalloped edge allows it to easily cut through foods with tough exteriors, like thick skinned vegetables. The handle is designed to fit comfortably in the hand, even when using it for extended periods. Imported
