Jackson Mixture Athlete 60 JT Jointed Sinking Lure NMG

Sinking

The Jackson Mixture Athlete 60 JT Jointed Sinking Lure is a hard minnow/shad plug built for covering water with a clear baitfish profile.

It is best treated as a lure for a defined running lane rather than something to randomly burn through empty water.

Start with a steady retrieve to understand how it tracks, then add twitches, pauses, or speed changes when fish follow.

Floating models can be paused around cover to rise slightly; sinking models can be counted down to fish lower in the water.

It is strongest around rock walls, flats, drains, harbour edges, estuary mouths, bait schools, and shallow structure where predators are already watching for baitfish.

Match the depth and retrieve speed to where the fish are actually holding.

TARGET SPECIES: bass, sea bass, flathead, trout, perch, trevally, and other lure-chasing predators.
