Product Details & Practical Uses

The Nash Indulgence Moon Chair Deluxe is a masterpiece of bankside engineering. The integration of a micro-fleece skirt and Peachskin mattress doesnt just feel incredible; it acts as an outstanding thermal barrier, trapping warm air around your body to keep the chill-off during freezing winter sessions. The bucket design fundamentally changes how you rest, supporting your posture from all angles rather than just your back and base.

The most significant functional upgrade on the Deluxe model is the addition of the one-touch adjustable legs. Older, static models could be frustrating on sloping riverbanks, but the Deluxe allows you to instantly compensate for uneven terrain. Because the legs extend, it naturally raises the height of the chair, completely eliminating the issue of the front frame resting uncomfortably against the back of your thighs. Furthermore, the cleverly positioned internal mesh pockets mean you no longer have to fumble around in the darkyour bite alarm receiver, phone, and headtorch can safely live right next to you.

Where to Use the Nash Indulgence Moon Chair Deluxe

• Extended Carp Sessions: The ultimate home away from home chair for week-long trips where sitting on a standard, rigid bedchair for hours on end will cause backache.

• Uneven Riverbanks & Sloping Swims: The newly added adjustable legs mean you can confidently set this chair up on steep gravel pits or sloping grassy banks without feeling like you are sliding out of the front.

• Social Bivvy Setups: Perfect for use under a large gazebo or social shelter when having a brew and a catch-up with your mates.

• Winter Angling: The deep bucket design blocks cold draughts from hitting your sides and lower back, making it a brilliant winter warmer.

Gerrys Fishing Pro Tip: > Always make use of those internal mesh pockets at night! Keep your bite alarm receiver in one pocket and your headtorch in the other. When you get a screaming run at 3 AM, you wont waste precious seconds trying to locate your light in the dark, and your receiver will be right by your ear so you never miss a single beep.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Is the Moon Chair Deluxe too heavy for a mobile angler?

Weighing in at 8kg, it is bulkier than a standard lightweight stalking chair. It is primarily designed for session anglers who use a barrow to transport their gear to the swim. The trade-off in weight is well worth it for the unrivaled comfort it provides over multiple days.

Will the mud feet puncture my bivvy groundsheet?

No, the full-size swivel mud feet feature smooth, rounded edges and a wide surface area. They distribute the weight evenly, making them completely safe for use on heavy-duty PVC bivvy groundsheets without the risk of piercing them.

How does it fold away?

The Moon Chair utilizes a scissor-action frame. Simply pull the sides together, and it collapses inward into a flat, semi-circular profile that easily slides onto the front bar or base of your barrow.

Is the Peachskin material easy to clean?

Yes, while it is incredibly soft, it is also durable. If you happen to drop bait or spill tea on the mattress, a quick wipe down with a damp cloth and some mild soapy water will easily remove the stain.
