Shimano ’25 SLX BFS

The Shimano ’25 SLX BFS is the flexible reel for freestyle fishing, allowing you to effortlessly control light lures. Casting performance has been improved, and the redesigned SLX BFS is a true upgrade. The newly installed ultra-lightweight aluminum spool (Super Duralumin) provides excellent support for light lures and enables a low casting arc, allowing you to release lures smoothly and precisely. It is less prone to backlash and operates smoothly even on long casts perfectly combined with the FTB magnetic braking system, which utilizes centrifugal force technology. The lightweight, high-strength HAGANE body and carbon-glass washers ensure smooth drag performance. This basic equipment makes the reel versatile whether fishing for black bass, in mountain streams, or light saltwater. With this reel, you always have the freedom to take it anywhere. We recommend the Seaguar R18 LTD , the test winner among FC lines from Japan, as a suitable line.
