What we aimed for was a high-dimensional fusion of Shimano’s rod technology. The newly designed blanks are equipped with the evolved basic structure Spiral X core and reinforced structure Hi-Power X, eliminating rod wobbling when casting and power loss during fighting. Furthermore, by adopting a rainbow trout titanium ceramic coat, weight reduction and high sensitivity are achieved. As Shimano’s highest-quality area trout rod, we have thoroughly refined its casting performance, reeling sensitivity, rod operability, and fighting performance.

S66UL: A rod for catching big trout over 60. This item is mainly compatible with spoons weighing up to 3-5g, but can also be used with manipulated plugs such as big fish minnows and dart types.
