Solar Uni Spider 1.2m Extended Wrap Green

Modular Expansion. Triple-Skin Protection.

The 1.2m Extended Wrap is designed for the angler who needs extra space for cooking, socializing, or storing bulkier gear like barrows and bait. It is built on a robust, alloy extending frame for steadfast stability. The front of the wrap is completely versatile; it can be rolled back to create an open-fronted awning or fully zipped down to convert either model of Uni Spider into a 2-man shelter.

For 2025, the wrap includes specialized Snap-Loc magnetic buckles for the door and windows, allowing for silent and effortless operation. It also features four full-sized zipped vents in the back that align perfectly with the vents on the bivvy itself, ensuring you still benefit from 360-degree ventilation.

Key Performance Features

• Extension & Overwrap Hybrid: Unlike standard extensions that leave the rear of your bivvy exposed, this is a full-size overwrap that covers the entire shelter, providing a twin-skin effect for the whole setup.

• 1.2m Living Space: Delivers a bivvy-wide 1.2m porch area, providing ample room to set up a kitchen, store wet gear, or even accommodate a second guest for a social session.

• Triple-Skin Roof Technology: When combined with the Uni Spiders internal condensation cloth, the addition of this wrap creates three layers of protection, ensuring the warmest and driest interior possible.

• Snap-Loc Magnetic Fittings: Used for the rod ties and door buckles, these magnetic attachments allow for a swift, painless setup and silent operation during the night.

• Versatile Door Options: Features a roll-up front door with both full fabric and clear window options. Additionally, it has two large zipped side doors with mozzi-mesh options for side access.

• Reflective Guide Ropes: The pack-away guide ropes feature a reflective thread woven in, making them instantly visible in torchlight to prevent trips and falls.

• Full Ventilation Sync: The four large rear vents line up perfectly with the bivvys internal windows. These can be accessed and adjusted from inside the bivvy, allowing you to control airflow without stepping outside.

Why the Uni Spider 1.2m Extended Wrap is Essential

This is the definitive choice for the serious long-session angler:

• The 2-Man Conversion: If you occasionally take a partner or friend, this wrap expands your existing 1-man Uni Spider into a functional 2-man shelter without the cost of a new bivvy.

• Four-Season Mastery: The combination of SolarTex 3 and the multi-skin design makes this the most thermally efficient shelter setup Solar has ever produced.

• Unmatched Stability: The alloy frame and triple support bars ensure that even in high winds, the extended porch remains rock-solid.
