Kevin Van Dam designed the Strike King KVD 1.5 Shallow Runner for those situations when the traditional 1.5 size crankbait dives too deep. The KVD 1.5 Shallow Runner has the same tremendous wiggle and action but accomplishes it all in 3′ of water or less. The bill deflects the lure off of cover but allows it to run true at high speeds. So now you have another option over grass or around stumpy flats. The Kevin Van Dam Shallow Runner is hand tuned, features black nickel hooks, chip-resistant paint, and 3D eyes.
