Strike Pig Tail Jr 23cm 40g 2pcs. #115 Spotted Bullhead

The Strike Pig Tail Jr 23cm is a highly effective soft plastic tail bait, developed from the legendary Pig jerkbait design and fine-tuned to trigger aggressive strikes from large predatory fish. With its realistic movement and built-in rattle, this lure is a proven performer for targeting pike in Irish lakes, rivers, and reservoirs.

The lure features a seductive rolling body action, combined with a subtly rocking head that mimics the unbalanced movement of an injured baitfish. The twisting tail moves at a low-frequency rhythm, creating a natural swimming motion that remains effective even at slower retrieve speeds.

A rattle chamber integrated into the tail produces a distinctive clicking sound, adding an extra attraction factor in coloured water or low-visibility conditions. This makes the Pig Tail Jr especially effective when fishing pressured waters or during colder periods when predators rely more on vibration and sound.

At 23cm in length and weighing 40g, the Pig Tail Jr is perfectly sized for targeting specimen pike. It can be fished on shallow rigs, jig heads, or stinger setups, making it a versatile choice for both boat and bank anglers.
