Trabucco XPS Tapered Leaders 10 x 15m Spool (Clear)

The Trabucco XPS Taper Leader system is a high-performance solution expertly designed for anglers who prefer using a lighter mainline. These leaders provide a critical balance of safe casting power and precise presentation, combining a unique taper structure with a small diameter for optimal results.

Precision Tapered Structure

Each 15m leader is structured with three distinct sections to optimize performance:

1. Heavy Leader Section (6m): Provides the robust strength needed for shock absorption during casting and security when battling a catch in the surf line.
2. Taper Section (7m): Gradually reduces the line diameter, ensuring a smooth transition to the mainline.
3. Tip Section (2m): The fine tip connects to your reel line, facilitating smaller, neater knots and minimizing resistance.

Casting Performance and Security

• Optimum Casting and Presentation: The precise taper is essential for ensuring that the line flows smoothly from the reel through the guides on the cast, enhancing casting performance and better presentation.
• Safety and Security: They provide safe casting of heavy loads and offer the security of a stronger line when your catch is nearing the shore or surf line.
• Neat Knots: The design and low diameter aid in achieving better knot strength and smaller, neater knots, which further contributes to accurate casting.
• Stealth Colour: The leaders are Clear in Colour, providing maximum invisibility for wary fish in clear water conditions.
